The Arm Bike Quad Pedals are a custom accessory designed to replace the standard pedals on portable exercise arm/leg bikes. The purpose is to allow a quadriplegic or someone with reduced hand function to independently attach and detach from the unit without the need for a caregiver to assist in strapping into the pedals.
